• Approval of any CGTMSE guarantee by the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises
• Approval of any government scheme, subsidy, incentive, or grant under any central or state government programme
• Successful registration under Udyam, GeM, NSIC, or any other government portal
• Recovery of delayed payments through MSME Samadhaan, MSEFC proceedings, or ODR arbitration

All credit decisions — including sanction, quantum, tenure, interest rate, conditions, and disbursement — are made exclusively by the lending bank or financial institution at its sole and absolute discretion, in accordance with its internal credit policy, RBI guidelines, and applicable law.

MSME Central's role is to prepare and present documentation and to facilitate the application process. We are not employees, agents, or representatives of any bank or financial institution. We do not have any authority to commit, bind, or influence the credit decision of any bank. Any communication from MSME Central regarding the likely outcome of a loan application constitutes a professional opinion only — not a commitment or guarantee.

Banks retain the right to reject, modify, or impose additional conditions on any loan application regardless of the quality of documentation prepared by MSME Central. We shall not be held liable for any such rejection, modification, or condition.
